Francisco Del Carpio-Beltran and Svigals + Partners join other artists, supporters, and representatives from Straight Up Art to celebrate the completion of the murals in Ninth Square. Our mural captures the circle of influence between the City and its inhabitants, and the unique community it has created -- tied together by the heart and soul of those who fill its streets. All of us at Svigals + Partners applaud Francisco's wonderful work and are honored to have been a part of this great, neighborhood effort.
