Collaboration

Space for efficient work and meeting places was created by capturing recesses outside of the office's formal layout. By taking advantage of the entire space, Rubicon's team has best-choice options for heads-down work, formal and casual collaborations.

Design Highlights

A central atrium and large windows along the front exposure allow for dramatic daylighting, while glass doors and partitions expand the interior volume. Flooring is LVT and carpet for softness and improved acoustics. Exposed structural brick walls, ductwork, and dropped ceiling panels round out the modern, industrial design aesthetic.
