Advantaging the building’s long, linear floorplate, the architects and designers situated the breakroom and three conference rooms in the center of the headquarters floor. Adaptable and ready for change, the 650-square-foot breakroom features a flexible design allowing for a myriad of staff interactions and client meetings.

Design Highlights

The work environment presents a rich, textural finish palette, consisting of a mix of earth tones and contrasting woods accented by warm brass and dark metals. These residential-inspired settings are marked by warm decorative lighting, area rugs, and curated artworks and decorative pieces.

Result

Carefully curated furnishings and bright, daylighted interiors make the environment feel warm and welcoming, while performing as a highly professional and flexible workplace. The new headquarters excels at putting their clients at ease and invigorating their staff, every day.
