In order for the lab to achieve the desired level of flexibility, the Svigals team developed a number of customizable features and shared resources designed to attract the best and brightest recruits for this new research facility.

Result

The lab, pursuing LEED Gold Certification, will include 164 flexible lab bench and work carrel stations, 24 offices, and a variety of lab support spaces for fume hoods, wet exhaust, tissue culture, freezer farms, incubators, and electronics.
