Green Design + Sustainability

Svigals + Partners is committed to creating sustainable and economically viable Green buildings. The firm has an in-house team comprised of design professionals who are LEED accredited. Our experience includes siting strategies, material selection, cost vs. life cycle analyses and LEED-certified projects, including the completion of the first LEED-CI laboratory in the United States in 2006. The firm also has a "Green Team" which conducts strategic research that can be used to enhance project work as well as the environmental impact of its own office.
